Chickfest Rock Nymphs Rock!
Just returned from Chickfest in Bodega Bay last Sunday – so hard to get back to reality when one is having so much fun with friends. We all ate and drank till the cows came home and then got up the next morning and did it again! I love my chick buddies! They are the best friends a woman can ever hope to have.

It’s official! We are picking up a new CCI puppy tomorrow! Her name is Ariel and she is a blond lab retriever cross. Can’t wait!

Right now the ponies are happily wandering all over the ranch. Rob put a hotline up over a huge area – they can wander all over the place munching as they go. The green grass won’t last forever but for now it’s nice to not have to feed twice a day! And cheaper too;)
Been pretty busy. Work never seems to slow down, but I guess that’s a good thing these days. I am going to try to get some new pictures of Lemon Drop to post this weekend, she is really looking good. My daughter wants to get a hamster – NO!!!! I know she is not ten any more – the last hamster had me, the hamster Grandmother, cleaning the cage every week. Not the deal we struck at the time. At least this hamster won’t be living with us all the time – just summers. Ohhhh, I don’t know. We have cats! Did not get tickets to the abalone feed in time this year:( Dang. Missed the wine Divas – again! I can’t seem to reember the first Thursday of every month. Senility is my friend;)
